Gentle Yoga focuses on mindfulness, movement and breathing. It’s a great way to relax and reinvigorate the body. Gentle Yoga can improve circulation and the immune system, alleviate arthritis, rheumatism, back and neck problems. Yoga helps improve overall health and well-being.

BEGINNER YOGA 6 WEEK COURSE -€60

A 6 week course in Beginner Yoga will include a gentle aerobic and cardiovascular workout through stretching, improving flexibility and strengthening poses.  This yoga course will help improve balance, energy levels, body tone and overall well being.
