Power Yoga Starting Soon!


Power Yoga is coming to  Lunchtime Yoga at the IFSC. Come down to PilatesIFSC on Tuesday @ 1pm for a high energy fun yoga workout . Power Yoga is a fitness based vinyasa style yoga. This class will increase stamina and fitness, it will help tone the body, improve core muscles and provide a great workout.

Enjoy a FREE POWER YOGA CLASS this Tuesday 27th September @ 1pm.

For those looking for a gentler yoga class, Hatha Flow runs on Thursdays lunchtime and provides a gentler workout.

  1. Most abdominal exercise machines built for home use provide resistance through a band around the flywheel. Some high end and commercial elliptical cross trainers use magnetic resistance. In addition, the direction of the leg movement can also be reversed to be able to work out a different set of muscles.
